The one on La Manga is too far away to be usefull I'm afraid. From El Valle to Cartagena and back again it's better to use the chargers at Pinatar park. Senator Mar Menor Hotel also has a destination charger, but it seems only for customers. The Cartagena city chargers in the link seems to be a test until March 2019 so I'll have to wait and see if it will be available after that date too.

I might visit both Gandia and Denia so it's great to know that it's no problem to access the chargers in those shopping centres you mention. Thank you for that very good information.
Free charging at shopping centres is very handy and probably will be used very often.
