Bueno me han pedido que cree un nuevo tema sobre la fabricación de nuestro propio cargador. Yo me he hecho y he hecho varios cargadores. La información esta aquí.
Bueno el tema de hacer un cargador no es excesivamente difícil una vez que te lo han explicado bien.
Si hay mucha gente que le interesa podría hacer un tutoría y subirlo a youtube.
El mayor problema que os vais  a encontrar es la poca información que hay de como hacerlo.
Básicamente para que os hagáis una idea hay 2 sistemas actualmente.
1 con un controlador (80€ aprox)carril dim y un contactor (rele 20€ aprox) es el mas sencillo solo tiene indicaciones de carga por medio de un LED y puedes graduar la carga desde 4 Amp hasta 4 Amp según el modelo.

buenas, en el primer enlace, (ecoharmony.co.uk) la tienda tiene 2 tipos de "Viridian EV EVSE..."
uno lo llama "tethered" y el otro lo llama "Free/Socket (compatible con type2 free/socket instalations only)"
¿podrias aclararnos esta diferencia?

Tethered Units
These units are designed for applications where the charging cable is permanently fixed to the EVSE.
The selected EPC should be chosen so that it will never be able to advertise a higher current than the
lowest rating of the components within the EVSE (Care must be taken to select the correct
contactor, RCBO and cable for the application).


Free (Socket) Units
These units are designed for applications where the EVSE features a socket allowing for a range of
adapter cables to be used. By default we supply EPCs that are suitable for sockets with solenoid
locking mechanisms though we can configure them for use with motor locking options.


Si pones un cable fijo y ajustas el amperaje con una resistencia, para cargar siempre a lo mismo, el mismo coche, pones un Tethered.

Si pones un enchufe y vas conectando coches diferentes con cables diferentes, los cuales se autolimitan dependiendo de la resistencia que lleven incorporada dentro del cable, pones el Free (socket)
